My friend has helped me enrolled in a 10K running event for next month. We started training officially since last week.

Personally I'm not a person of running, in fact I prefer race walking much better.

The last time I joined a 10K night run, I escorted an older lady and it took us more than 1.5hrs to finish the game. This time I'd like to see how far I can go.

You can imagine it takes quite some training for a person who only fast walks. I'm very bad with my breathing rhythm and often breathe too fast, it's the reason I can't run well.

 

Starting from 400m as a cirlce, and starting from 1 circle running 1 circle walking. I finally ran nonstop for 3.2K (8 circles) this Thurs.

Yes it's very painful and my knees started to hurt a bit, my stomach muscle started to ache a bit. I wanted to quit but my friend pushed me. Slowly but yet I finished it.

The feeling afterwards is great, it's equally wonderful to all after exercise. The feeling of sweating & smelling bad but being healthy is precious. Endorphin surely increases LOL.

One more month to go, I reward myself this pair of training shoes, hopefully I can run within 1 hr LOL
