Guacamole is a spanish word meaning Avocado salad, however it contains more ingredients other than avocados. I remember I had so much guacamole during my 1 year stay in Mexico, it's totally a god sent among the greasy and meaty mexican cousin. There're different recipes online but I just made it according to the memory and taste.

Ingredients:

2 Tomatoes

2 Right Avocados (Mexican ones're the richest among all, much more tasty than Chilean or Peruvian. Guess HK only sells avocados from these places)

1 Onion (My fd says red onion is less spicy)

Pepper & salt as wish

(could add lemon juice if prefered, 1 teaspoon of olive oil if wish a richer texture, 1 to n pcs of chiles if you're a spicy lover)

How to make:

I'll first chop the tomatos and onion into very small pieces, then add avocados and all reasonings. Love eating Guacamole in room temperature than cool, if you have some tortilla chips to go with it, it's perfect. If not plain crakers could help too.

I sometimes prepare it for hiking activities, will have everything chopped and prepared other than avocados on the night before, and chop avocados in the next morning to keep them fresh and tasty.

Enjoy and stay healthy!
