N 年前買下的琥珀，今天終於下定決心將它換了鏈子，編織了一條真絲鏈去代替舊皮繩。 不規則的編織和原始的琥珀原來也配搭。 細心觀賞這塊紅琥珀，里面經歷幾千幾百萬年的樹葉仍然完整清晰可見。內心有一點驚嘆：只是一滴偶爾的樹脂滴到樹葉上，留傳下來的卻是凍結的時刻。而這一塊原本黃色的樹脂在地底下經歷無數年代亦逐漸形成紅色.

 My trip to Japan was to climb Mt Fuji this time, it's the first trip I didn't even look for any information but simply joined to go. My friend has planned the whole trip including booking the hotels, planning the climbing route and driving the whole way.

 
We stayed in a hotspring hotel for 3 nights, on 4 Aug we took 1 hr bus to arrive to the 5th station, which's 2305m high. We started climbing from here.

Actually it's quite a funny n silly story but I think it's worth writting it down.
Q's my colleague of few years, used to suffer from pimple problems with her skin for many years. Until last year she found the right doctor and everything's cured. She became to be more confident and finally went out for dating, at the age of 34.
She's never an attractive girl, in fact even her skin's perfectly fine now, she's still an ordinary person and not easily cought attention from others due to her look and unsocial personality.
 

 
I guess to stay happy is to keep the sorrow and upset away, to kick away anger and negativity. Easier said than done, I always believe as long as we're ourselves, treat people the way you want them to treat us. Be true, be young and be naive; be pleasant and generous and moreover always carry a big heart with us.
Theoretically this is the rule to stay positive. However when there're so many happenings going on and shit sometimes just drops on your head :). I just found I'm recently paying much more attention to people's words, especially those I think they're good friends. I personally could never understand why they would talk like that considering they're quite close with me and seem to be smart people, my friend said because I seem to be too much 沒所謂, so they thought they could talk whatever they wanted.

As I'm creating many new pieces lately, I'd like to share with you some of my favorite ones. I guess I'm always into bulky jewellery pieces, in fact they seem to go with my style too.
 
In addition to simple and everyday jewellery, I think I'm going toward to creating more sophiciated and fancy ones in the future.
 

 
這幾天我心情有一些不爽, 事關facebook 日日俾人洗版. 一login 我的facebook, 跳進眼眶的是其中一個點頭之交的一系列自拍照. 有剛跑步的, 有在街上的. 我一向對facebook 上的分享都沒有任何異議, 反正每個人都有他的自由在他的地域做任何事. 引起我的不爽的主要原因是一大早我就要接受一大驚嚇. 她的每個post 一定有她的大頭照. 有汗流浹背再由充足光線照射下的滿臉暗瘡, 有一對大黑圈眼鏡下的大面盆臉, 也有中女伴隨可愛公仔來張臉貼臉的合照.
我異常angry, 晨早流流撞鬼咩, 馬上unfollow 左她, 避免再見到這些可怕畫面.

  
認識英姐是我在巴里第一個早上的事, 我眼鏡都沒戴正在刷牙. 隔壁來了一個仿佛是我roommate 的個體, 她開朗地和我打了個招呼, 當時她頭髮緊緊綁在一起, 行為非常直爽, 我以為她是一個tomboy.
玩了一天下來, 我回到hostel 的common room, 一進去就有一個長髮美女跟我打招呼. 那時候我才看清楚早上以為是tomboy 的英姐原來是個美人兒, 小小的臉蛋有著精緻的五官, 樣子非常甜美; 再加上一頭及腰的金長髮, 和修長的身形. 簡直就是甜美版的Cate Blanchett. 我忍不住驚嘆: You're so gorgeous!
她有禮貌回贈幾句客氣話. 我們相約一起去吃晚飯.

茱姐 是我在巴里hostel 認識的其中一位美國人, 形象和電影"August: Osage County" 中的Julia Roberts 極度相似, 只是她比Julia Roberts更乾旱, 雖然她胖很多. 外表看來她最少有45歲, 雖然感覺上她的年紀應該只有36/37。 矮胖的她一點都不起眼, 她好像一點都不在乎, 連頭髮都不加打理。 這一點和我完全南轅北轍, 我一向都認為出門見人頭髮一定要整齊, 不然和蓬頭垢面沒分別. 自然而然我沒有對她多加理會。
第二天的跟幾個女孩一起包車去梯田, 她居然加入我們的行列。 幾個陌生人開始了一整天的相處. 半天下來茱姐已經介紹她自己的一生, 原來她一直在美國教書, 是個基督徒, 到了幾年前她忽然決定放下美國一切, 變賣房子和所有東西. 隻身走遍歐洲各國以教英語為生。 去年她更是去了柬埔寨教書, 她痛心當地教育的缺乏, 民智的落後. 生活了一年, 柬埔寨對她來說好像人間煉獄, 差勁的空氣令她身體健康每況愈下的同時體重直線上昇; 低智的大眾令她洩氣。 唯一令她安慰的是當地生活水平極低, 不用兩塊美金可以過一天. 說到這里, 她嘴角一翹: "I need to drink a coke every morning, but I don't want to buy it myself, so I asked the kid in the store to bring me a coke everyday. It's so cheap and I just don't care". 我馬上明白她的肥胖理由, cokes give you " fat".

I'm sure I'm nothing close to a perfectionist, in fact I'm way too causal and relaxed. But I just can't bear to see aged women showing off their wrinkled chest and half of their breasts with some extremely tight fabric--->of course this mainly applies only to western women.
However we do see so many chinese women/girls wearing things that're not supposed for their age. Which really makes me confused: why they have to play so hard to impress people (but contrary they're nothing close to it).
I've also seen girls have a lot of jewellery, maybe up to hundreds, all kinds of designs and colors. However they'll only give you an impression of low quality and cheap price. I'm totally fine with teenage girls wearing this kind of fun to be playful and young. But for career women, or women over 30, sorry this will only downgrade you.
 

I was in Bali for over 1 week during Easter holiday, originally I planned to trek few volcano mountains. Unfortunately I was a solo traveller and I couldn't sign up trekking tours unless I'm with another company, overall Bali's not really the best place for solo traveller because it seems everything requires for two as minimum: cooking classes & all kinds of tours.
My initial propose to come to Bali for so many days was trekking but I was real dissapointed that the tour arrangment was like this there. Eventually I paid for solo tour to Mt Batur, costed me double but everything was worthwhile. Because I got an excellent guide who's so helpful and nice.
The driver picked me up at 1am, and we drove for 2 hrs to arrive the base of Batur, it's almost full moon at that time, the moon's so bright and we almost didn't need to use flashlight to see the path.
