Just came back from a 5 day trip in Cambodia, spent 2 days visiting Angkor Wat & Thom, which're beautiful as expected.

We hired a car to furher places away from the main Angkor Wat, 2 hrs away to the world heritage Beng Mealean, almost everything's colleasped but you could still see the magnificence. Unfortunately this site's full of mainlanders, you couldn't have a min of silence, we spent about 1 hr there and got very annoyed because so much high pitched mandarin. Hurried to Kbal spean, and got to see one carving in the water than the hundreds (could avoid visiting it if you visit Cambodia in the future).
The Banteay srei is not bad, got to see the redstone temples, although the weather's less sunny.

The sun's quite poision in Siem Reap, and it's very humid, which caused nonstop sweating. Recommend visiting Cambodia in Mid Dec.
Overall Cambodia's very poor but people're still innocent and less greedy, which makes my trip more enjoyable than having to be cautious all the time.
